U110 and U112 has been removed from CDS. Have they been replaced with U116 and U117? If so, has anyone else had issues with declarations this morning?

All resolved - Importers Knowledge must be entered into Reference and Reason Box in D/E 44

Since yesterday all CDS declarations have error'd due to wanting an ID against the Importer's knowledge doc code U112. I cannot get an answer from NCH or CDS.Ops
