How to change registered phone number for my on line HMRC account -
I have tried for a week to speak to an advisor without success and the information received via the on line support based on a link is not valid - the link does not exist and I am going round in circles . I have lost my password and cannot reset as the verification code gets sent to my old mobile - HELP -
RE: HMRC not answering phones, 3rd day and cannot get through to speak on their help line
I have been trying to call for a week and spent most of Friday and pretty much all of today calling . Either get cut off after an hour or told try later , all advisors are busy . I have a simple change to make and when I try on line I get consistently directed to a web chat that can't help or a link that doesn't exist . I despair
