Please clarify “establishing, preserving or defending title rights over the asset” My BTL properties were placed with rent receivers following a bankruptcy. After 3 years they were returned to me, however the receivers had incurred fees amounting to £96000 which were added to the mortgage. Are these fees classed as expenses? -
How do I calculate CGT on a portfolio
I have 6 flats to be sold individually, the land purchase and build cost was not itemised. How do I calculate the capital expenses towards each sale? Is it simply divided by 6? Or does it need to be more specific?
