Sending final accounts for a dissolved company

Dear HMRC, I have dissolved my company on 18th Jan 2024 after not trading for over 3 months. My accountant did not mark my previous accounts as final but as the company is dissolved, I cannot upload the final accounts. What is the process for updating these records? Thanks, R

Hi,
If the company is dissolved, we would not expect you to file any further returns, computations, or accounts. 
However, if you do wish/need to submit a manual return, then the computations can be in any format as long as the information is clear.
