Business Bank Account

I have registered a company from abroad, and I do not reside in the UK. Can someone open a business bank account on behalf of my company? I have serious security concerns, and I'm worried about someone gaining access to important documents and acting as me. Is this possible? What are the risks associated with this? And how can I know all the bank accounts opened on behalf of my company?
