Receiving letters about unrelated business VAT

I purchased a home in October and since then I am constantly receiving letters from HMRC addressed to a company I have nothing to do with saying that, I assume, the company is in VAT arrears. How can I get HMRC to stop sending these letters to me. Either the company was registered to the previous owner of my house or a company has illegitimately used my address as their correspondence address. Please help.
