I have a limited company and I have a VAT number. I have made many sales so far and I would like to file a tax declaration. ETSY has not issued any invoices for these sales and only sends me a file in CSV format. No one from my customers asked for an invoice, I did not issue any invoice for my sales, because I did not know the necessity of this. I only have CSV files with details of many sales. What should I do in this case?

Hi.
If you are a VAT registered business, then you only need to raise VAT invoices if requested by another VAT registered business.
If you are VAT registered and charging VAT on your sales then the VAT on these sales would need to be reported on your quarterly VAT return along with any VAT on your purchases. Please see the guidance below regarding keeping records and submitting your Making Tax Digital returns:
Digital record-keeping
Thank you.
