6 month old Cheque

Hi, I received a cheque from HMRC with my Company name. I tried to deposit the cheque with Business Account, that is rejected due to the cheque was 6 months old. Is there any chance HMRC will replace the cheque ?

Yes, you can write or call, advise us of the details, and we can look into reissuing,

depending on the situation we may also be able to pay it into your bank directly.
