Hi, I am writing on behalf of Student Co-operative Homes, registered with the FCA, 4461. It has come to our attention that we have not received any post from HMRC since 2020. I have tried to call but to no avail as I’ve just ended up in an automated loop. Please see FCA mutual register for full details. Most recently I’ve set up a government gateway. I have tried to request an activation code by post but nothing has been posted out and I have no idea where this has been sent, or even if it has been. We are keen to resolve this situation. Please can you get in touch so that we can resolve this situation and the lack of correspondence from HMRC.

Hi,
If you would like to speak to us about your company tax record, please call 0300 200 3410. Alternatively, you can write to Corporation Tax Services, HM Revenue and Customs, BX9 1AX. 
If you need help obtaining an activation code to use HMRC’s online services, you will need to call our online helpdesk on 0300 200 3600.
