VAT Refund - No bank account

We have a subsidiary company that is due a Vat refund but this company does not have a bank account and we are not allowed by HMRC to have the refund paid to a bank account in any other name - is there any way to resolve this issue?

You would need to send a request in writing to see if this can be resolved  BT VAT ,  HM REVUNUE AND CUSTOMS , BX9 1WR.
