R&D tax credit repayment cheque

We have received an R&D tax credit repayment cheque but our bank (Tide) does not accept cheques. I believe from another thread we should be able to return the cheque and get a direct payment -that thread had an address but I wanted to check if there was a different address for R&D tax credits. So where should I return the cheque to for a direct payment into our bank account? Thanks!

Corporation Tax Services,
HM Revenue and Customs,
BX9 1AX,
United Kingdom.
 Please include a covering letter with the company's 10 digit unique taxpayer reference (UTR) and bank details (sort code, account number and name on the account) along with a request to cancel the payable order.
