Can a Skilled Worker Tier 2 start a limited company

Hello, I hold a Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa living in the UK for 2 years now, I have an idea for starting a startup business and we're in the middle of the investigations and process to find an investor and bring the idea to the market. I am wondering if I can register a limited company while holding my current visa. I'm not going to work in it full time or at least at first, and it's not affecting my current job as I have two other co-founders working on the idea.
