Domain Renewals Treatement

HI, If the business involves in buying and selling domains. What will be the treatment of domain renewals fees. Will it be a part of Stocks in cost of sales Or will it be treated as Overheads?

From your description this appears to be a question regarding the treatment of these costs for accountancy purposes, and this is something HMRC is unable to comment on substantively.
It is likely in any event these would be revenue costs, and so they would be deductible in calculating your trade profits, but we cannot confirm this.
