Tax Refund - Cheque not received - No messages in my account

Hello, I claimed a tax refund since end of August as I know I am eligible. So far I received no cheque or any answer from HMRC even though in the process tab it appears as completed. I did put my correct French location and some friends of mine did receive their cheque. I don't know how to reach HMRC as the chat says for PAYE there's no live agents to process. Can someone help me ?
