LTD Strike off

Hello, I had set up a company a few months back, never traded, however incurred expenses re website/emails etc and the only income was a bank account incentive (bank bonus for opening account with them), overall a loss. Could you please confirm that A. I need to let HMRC know that i am planning to strike off B. still submit a corp tax return
