Hi, I just formed a LTD company in UK. I am not a UK resident, and never lived or planned to go to UK. I am the only director, shareholder, and director in Company. Currently I just created a PayPal account on Company name, did a test transaction. Purpose of this is to run an online store in UK and sell some clothing & print on demand products. Products will be shipped by a UK company "Printful" on behalf of my company. Website sales will go to company's PayPal account from where I will withdraw to my local bank outside UK. I want to know complete details about whether I need to register for taxes or not. If yes then what kind of taxes and how do I register? Regards, Abdullah

Hi
Thank you for your query.
You can find HMRC guidance about company residence here:
NTM120030 - Company residence: overview
Company residence can be complicated.
If you need advice about whether your company is liable to tax in the UK, you will need to speak to a financial adviser, such as an accountant.
Thank you.
