CT61 Contact Number

Does anyone have a contact number for the CT61 team? Everyone I have spoken to on the Corporation Tax telephone number cannot provide an updated number and cannot help with my query. The number on the CT61 return is 03000 518 371 but this line is never answered, it rings, goes to hold music for 20 minutes and then cuts off, I have tried this number for months with no success.
