Hello, I Am about to open an Ltd for non resident in the UK (As non-uk citizenship as a frensh citizenship holder) to sell on usa (amazon marketplace) i dont live in usa also. How does this business structure impact my tax obligations in UK ? what kind of taxe obligations will fall on m'y situation After opening an Ltd Thanks you for tour Time.

Firstly you should consider why you want to set up a UK Ltd company when you are not resident in the UK and do not wish to trade in the UK.

Hi Fatimaz,
Unless you are a UK resident or trading in the UK, you are unable to open a limited company at Companies House.
Your company should be registered in either the country you are resident or where you are trading.
