Ltd Co Strike off

Hi Can somebody tell me which dept I need to contact/inform about striking off a Ltd Co. I have been working PAYE for over 14 months now and no longer need to keep company running. Thank you

You should write to us, advising the date date your company cease trading and confirm you are now applying for strike off of the compnay.

Hi, can you email a copy of the Companies House strike off form to HMRC and as I have never traded, do I need to fill any forms or file anything? Thanks

We cannot accept the DS01 by email. You would need to send this, together with a letter detailing and demonstrating that the compnay has never traded, to the following addres:
