EXCEPTIONS TO FILING RETURN

Hello, I wanted to confirm that with the exception of a company being dormant a tax return is due regardless of amount of activity? my company just started at the end of the tax period and had few hundred in revenue?

Unless we have already agreed that its not necessary following a letter explaining the position then yes, if there is a 'live' period then we would expect a returrn.
