Tax Return after Closing Company

Good morning, My ltd company was dissolved on 25 June 2024. My last tax return was for the period ending 31 July 2023. Do I need to complete a tax return for the period 1 August 2023 to 25 June 2024? Many thanks.

Thank you for your query. The company has ceased to exist as it has been struck off, dissolved closed or converted at Companies House, our records will have been noted of this. You do not need to file a company tax return in any format . Thank you .
