If one is a co-owner of a foreign company with foreign and UK clients, and both owners of the company are UK domiciles, do both owners need to separately report income from the company using their individual self-assessment forms? Will both owners be taxed on the same income from the company?

Hi Socrates,
Yes each party needs to report their own share of income received.
Thank you.
