how to appeal from outside UK (corporation tax appeal)

My business is still dormant since registered however, I received a penalty notification from HMRC due to lateness of filing my dormant corporation tax return to HMRC beacuse of medical excuse and I am based in my country Egypt. I asked HMRC by this email "different.format@hmrc.gov.uk" to send a suitable format of WT1 however, no reply recieved an I can not contact them from outside UK. Could you please help so I can tell HMRC about my excuse of lateness and send the evidence of the my medical case so we can appeal ?? I beg you to help with any way of contact like an email so I can ask for the WT1 good format and appeal online as I am based outside UK. Thanks so much in advance

Hi Reservationers,
You will not be able to appeal the penalty until we have received your return for the outstanding period which needs to be filed online.
Or you provide a detailled letter confirming the reason that filing is not required.
If you are unable to do this online then you may need to seek the assitance of a Tax Professional in the UK.
