System error when applying for corporation tax

it just says sorry this system is unavailable and a quoting reference number, I have called customer support and they say click on report a problem with this page, but that does not fix my issue, I have tried everything, different devices, networks, browsers and clearing cache, but nothing has worked, please get in contact with me through my email: paulhayes1@protonmail.ch so I can get it sorted, thanks.
