Registration for Corporate Tax

Dear HMRC, I registered my company just under a year ago. I used an offer from Tide Bank Account to register my newly created company via them, free of charge. I have a UK company number and the company is active. I assumed this is all, but a friend mentioned that I might need to register for corporation tax. I don't know if I am already registered or not. How could I find this info please? Thank you.
