R&D Claim

I submitted my R&D claim 3 years ago - Reference - CFSS-6112691. I got a response on 31 August 2022 saying that if my claim was correct, I did not need to do anything further. I have now chased this constantly since then, as has my Accountants. This is so infuriating! Can someone please at least acknowledge my requests. I have sent weekly emails recently to the email address 'ccgrd366@hmrc.gov.uk'. But still no response.
