Being self employed on tier 2 skilled worker visa

Dear Team , I am on tier 2 skilled worker visa as accountant.Can i open my own accountancy practice and become director or work as sole trader in accountant capacity for extra 20 hours?As per gov.uk https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/second-job ,i am allowed to work extra 20 hours for another job or for my own business while still working full time with my sponsor. I have searched a lot on gov.uk website but i was unable to find any discrete information about this question.When i called home office contact centre ,these overseas call centres dont have any clue about that. Please help me to find answer to my question.as i dont want to violate my immigration status that will become issue when applying for ILR. Thank you !
