We are a UK Establishment(not a subsidiary) of a foreign company. The person in charge of the establishment is based in UK. However, his UK visa expires next year. Could he still be a person in charge from overseas? or does he have to be a UK resident? (in terms of account reporting, companies house registration, UK sponsor listenership, etc) Thank you.
