CT61

Please advise how I can get a record of CT61 forms submitted and payments made in the last 24 months. I have tried 03000 518371 but it rings for 35 mins and drops out. I have changed accountants and wish to reconcile their submissions. I believe my company is in credit with payments but cannot find a way online to check. Many thanks
