Corporate Tax Registration and Code Sending to the Address

Hello, I applied to HMRC for Corporation tax and it says that a code will be sent to my address, but I have been waiting for 20 days and still no code has been sent. If this code was sent by post, how can I track it? I would be very happy if someone in authority could help me. Thanks.

The support team cannot help me with the issue. Now I requested a code again and it has been 4 days. I need to pay my tax, but the code has not been sent yet. I expect support from you.
