I have paid my employee PAYE as well as my corporation tax today, but unfortunately paid the corporation tax on the same code as the PAYE. Is there a way to change this, or does it not matter?

Hi,
It can take up to 5 working days for the payment to be processed. If you check your online account after 5 working days and if the payment is not shown then you can contact HMRC to trace and allocate the payment.
