CGT on land

How do I do a CGT declaration/calculation on a piece of land I have sold. It is not a residential property, it is just waste land. The system wants to charge me 18/28% residential rates.

Hi,

You do not use the 60 day form as this is for residential property only, hence the higher rates. You can use the real time system or a tax return. You can see guidance here:
