Hi I have made a gain on selling a residential property and need to submit a return within 60 days. However I have capital losses brought forward that can be used which would wipe out any gain. Do I still need to submit a return within 60 days or just report as part of my yearly return? Thanks

Hi ,

You still need to report it as there is still a gain that is only reduced by the losses .

Thank you .
