CGT on merged funds

My fund managers have advised me that ‘the proposal is to merge, via a scheme of arrangement , your current fund XXX Adventurous Solutions G Accumulation , into XXX Dynamic Solutions G Accumulation’ I am concerned that this action will trigger CGT. Can you advise where I stand on this.
