When buying into a fund, which itself has holdings across a number of businesses, are the shares in the fund considered part of a Section 104 holding under HS284 (excluding same-day and bed-and-breakfast)?

Hi ,

Shares of the same type, purchased at different time, they can all be pooled into a S104 holding.

You can have multiple S104 holdings each holding a different types of shares of the same type.

Thank you .
