My wife and I are selling our holiday home which has never been our permanent residence. Please can you tell me if the items below can be claimed as Capital Improvements and offset against CGT. We have owned the property for 20 years. Replacement Windows - These were installed replacing the old Single Glazed metal windows that were originally installed Replacement External doors - These were installed to reduce draft and improve the EPC of the property. These replaced the original wooden doors. Thank you.
