My husband and I have been separated for a while ,over a tax year, and are now applying for a divorce. It is totally amicable and he wants to gift me his share of the family home that my son and I live in. Would he have to pay Capital Gains Tax ?

Thank you. After reading the guidance, he doesn't have to pay CGT.
