Capital loss with cineworld lost £18.000

Hi I had shares in Cineworld in my Stocks & Shares account (not isa) with hargreaves lansdown (have proof of purchases) I lost all the money I put in £18000 Cineworld went into administration in 2023 I lost £18.000 Can you advise if capital loss can be claimed to be carried forward to future years. Im not sure where to start Thank you.
