Reporting CGT for FLH and claiming BADR

My wife and I have run a qualifying furnished holiday let for 11 years. We are a registered partnership. We have recently sold this business and have made a gain in this 2024/25 tax year. What are the required steps to record the gains and to claim Business Asset Disposal relief (BADR)?
