I'm a UK resident - I work and live here. Employed under Paye. My income is less than £30k a year. I want to sell my land abroad - it's non residential ie you would need to apply for a permission if you want to build a house on it. I am not intending to bring money to the UK. I received that land form my parents and it's located in Poland. Please can you tell me if I have to pay tax here and of so how much. I'll be paying the tax in Poland. Thank you

Hi Just248,
Yes you will need to declare the sale in the UK and the rate of tax depends on the actual gain.
You can claim Foreign Tax Credit Relief for the Polish tax paid
Capital Gains Tax: what you pay it on, rates and allowances.
Thank you.
