Estimating Capital Gains Tax with no Probate Amount

Hello, We have sold foreign property in 2023 and inherited in 2022. However, there was no probate amount to determine my capital gains. Could I estimate the probate value using a website that shows that country's residential market rate increase from 2022 to 2023? What are my other options? Thank you in advance.

You can contact an estate agent who can value the property based on similar ones sold at the same time you inherited yours.
