Capita gains tax

Hi, I own some stables and 10 acres of land. I have planning permission to build a 2 bed bungalow however my circumstances have changed and I may need to sell it. This is the only property I own and have never owned any other properties. In this instance would I have to pay capital gains tax? Thanks Kate
