I live in Scotland and have recently sold a 2nd property I owned. When calculating CGT due, can I include the 2nd Home Tax that I paid in my Buying Costs?

I own one property that I now let out as I reside in my partner 's home (her property). If I sell my property will I have a cgt liability?
