Tax on my crypto profit

Hi there. I'm looking to release £3000 in profit from my online crypto account. My question is, do I need to declare or pay any tax on this amount at all? From what I know there is a £3000 tax free allowance so anything below this I don't have to take any action. Thanks

As this falls within the annual exempt amount, no you dont need to report it  .
