Transfer shares to wife's ISA

Hi I have 2 ETFs worth £20000 outside my ISA allowance. Can I transfer these to my wife (joint account) who has the 20000 unused.

Hi ,
 
You would need to give them as a gift as otherwise the transfer would be seen as a disposal and liable to tax .
