Capital Loss on listed shares

Hi I invested in some shares that have been de listed from the US stock market as the Company has gone into liquidation. A liquidator in Luxembourg has been appointed. The shares are now of negligible value and can not be traded. How can I claim the capital loss on these shares? I do a self assessment each year.
