Hi My father placed his house into a discretionary trust in 2019. He retained a liferent interest in the property. He passed away last year and around his time of death the value of the property was £185,000. When we sell the property, am I correct in thinking that we can claim Personal Residence relief from CGT up to the value as at the date of death? Thank you
