Bought house 1996 - lived in as PPP until 2011. Was seconded to Netherlands by my UK employer. Moved to NL 2012. Lived NL until 2022. Moved back to UK and now living in PPP again. It is my understanding that I am eligible for CGT Relief as I was seconded abroad. My situation now is that I would like to buy another house in the UK and rent out my current PPP My question is do I lose all the previous CGT exemptions? If so, do I lose them immediately or progressively?
