Declaration of CGT on Overseas Property

Am I right in thinking that selling an overseas property next month (July 2024) is only notified and declared in next year’s SA (25 - 26).

Hi,

It is classed as income for 2024 to 2025 and needs to be declared by 31 January 2026.
