CGT on divorce - divorce final order obtained before consent order approved by court

If a couple have divorced and obtained their final divorce order (after 6 April 2023) before they obtain a consent order from a court, but they then obtain a consent order, will the no gain/no loss basis apply to assets that are transferred as part of that consent order even though the couple divorced before the court approved the consent order?
